WSP is currently initiating a search for an **On-Call Senior Lead Electrical Engineer** for our **Tucson, AZ** office. Be involved in projects with our Mining Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Your Impact

+ Involvement in the design of electrical power supply systems mining, water and tailings projects

+ Contribute to projects with a major focus on project delivery, identifying potential problems and managing client expectations

+ Prepare specifications, reports, calculations, and technical evaluations

+ Support technical and project execution activities such as electrical equipment procurement packages, preparing project estimates, etc.

+ Liaise with internal and external clients regularly to ensure project objectives are being managed and achieved in alignment with expectations

+ Provide direction and markups to CAD drafters on equipment layouts, single line diagrams, connection diagrams, grounding, conduit, etc.

+ Mentor junior engineers

+ Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

+ Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Who You Are

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

+ 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an EPC environment

+ Effective communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills

+ Working knowledge of all phases of engineering (conceptual stage through to detail design)

+ Experience with power system analysis, grounding design and lighting design software applications

+ Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

+ Must be flexible to a variety of schedules to meet business needs and able to prioritize responsibilities and quickly adapt to change in a pressure work environment.

+ Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous electrical engineering experience on mining projects

+ Professional Engineer’s licensure in Arizona, Nevada or other states where WSP operates

Responsibilities

+ Leading the discovery, assessment, design, and implementation of Zoom products which include Zoom Phone, Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, WorkForce Management and more

+ Acting as a business analyst and technology advisor you will collaborate with clients to implement Zoom’s solutions to various market segments

+ Documenting customers business requirements via use cases, user stories, and call/process flows/flowcharts

+ Performing a wide range of integrations with 3rd party products such as WorkForce Management and Customer Records

+ Supporting and troubleshooting deployments

What we’re looking for

+ Have 5-7+ years of engineering experience performing technical gap analysis, creating requirements for large scale enterprises for voice, SMS, Chat and contact center solutions

+ Have a degree in CS, MIS or its equivalent and at least 5+ years of experience designing and implementing CX solutions. UCaaS/CcaaS/Chat Bot

+ Have experience with Contact Center best practices, processes and procedures for design, deployment, and support

+ Experience with CRM Vendors Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot etc. (APIs and CTI connectors)

+ Have an understanding of AI and NLP: Understands natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and AI integration

+ Experience with Chat bot Development Platforms: Hands-on experience in developing and managing chatbots, especially with platforms like Solvvy and Zoom Virtual Agent

+ Be located in the U.S. or Canada and do not require sponsorship for employment

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who covers jobs responsible for direction and support for computer-based information and communication systems, including technical, programming and development, network communications, and systems analysis.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Troubleshoot and escalated complex network issues for Wells Fargo Bank

+ Participate in major incident management conference calls and associated bridge-lines

+ Work on tickets escalated from tier 2 support

+ Work on incidents in accordance with Integrated Operations Manage Incident Process Configuring of network devices

**Sr. Project Engineer**

The Sr. Project Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership by identifying, developing, and executing capital projects for the factory with a focus on packaging and automation equipment. This position will maintain visibility to the design process, ensure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables, and directly manage overall project execution including construction and commissioning. What You’ll Need:

+ Minimum 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure solutions engineering, implementation, integrations and operations of enterprise and carrier-class networks

+ Minimum 3+ years of experience of technical experience and strong working knowledge of IP Internetworking, LAN Switching, WAN and network security are expected

+ Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with cloud-based network infrastructures (AWS & Azure)

+ Strong technical experience in the following areas:

+ Working knowledge of the IP protocol suite

+ Experience with the following technologies SSDN - preferably SD-WAN, SD-LAN, NFV, MPLS, VRF, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, PBR, VSS, Cisco ISE, WAN Optimization technologies and NG Firewalls

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing equipment installation and preventative maintenance on client equipment.

Responsibilities :

+ Provide on-site support for the installation of machines.

Job Summary:

This is a 2nd shift position which includes an 8% added pay differential.This position is an onsite role. The Production Test Engineer (PTE) is part of a manufacturing team who supports the test process though one or more phases of the product lifecycle, including product development, transition to production, sustained production, and depot activities. PTE validates and ensures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. Performs troubleshooting and problem solving of test failures. Identifies opportunities in test processes to improve efficiency, yields and capacity. PTE's also support creating Basis of Estimates (BOE) to estimate costs to add additional capacity, new capabilities and equipment obsolescence. The PTE assures compliance of the prime hardware to technical data package requirements and supporting test equipment. The PTE leads projects to reduce testing, improve efficiency, yields, and capacity. The PTE drives manufacturing changes through process change board and supports engineering configuration changes at configuration change board. Basic Qualifications:
