What you can expect

As an individual contributor, you will be a Technical Project Engineer for the Professional Services Organization designing and implementing Zoom Customer Experience (CX) Products.

Join our dynamic Project Engineering team within the Customer Experience Organization, where collaboration and technical expertise drive the successful execution of projects. We work closely with project managers to develop comprehensive plans, provide crucial technical insights, and ensure seamless project deployment. Responsibilities

+ Leading the discovery, assessment, design, and implementation of Zoom products which include Zoom Phone, Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, WorkForce Management and more

+ Acting as a business analyst and technology advisor you will collaborate with clients to implement Zoom’s solutions to various market segments

+ Documenting customers business requirements via use cases, user stories, and call/process flows/flowcharts

+ Performing a wide range of integrations with 3rd party products such as WorkForce Management and Customer Records

+ Supporting and troubleshooting deployments

What we’re looking for

+ Have 5-7+ years of engineering experience performing technical gap analysis, creating requirements for large scale enterprises for voice, SMS, Chat and contact center solutions

+ Have a degree in CS, MIS or its equivalent and at least 5+ years of experience designing and implementing CX solutions. UCaaS/CcaaS/Chat Bot

+ Have experience with Contact Center best practices, processes and procedures for design, deployment, and support

+ Experience with CRM Vendors Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, HubSpot etc. (APIs and CTI connectors)

+ Have an understanding of AI and NLP: Understands natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and AI integration

+ Experience with Chat bot Development Platforms: Hands-on experience in developing and managing chatbots, especially with platforms like Solvvy and Zoom Virtual Agent

+ Be located in the U.S. or Canada and do not require sponsorship for employment

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
