Job Description
Ø Assign daily tasks to (RSR) team members
Ø Oversee the process of restocking and issuing credit for products returned from stores.
o Utilize the RSR applications on the AS-400 on PC and Symbol scan gun
o Count, verify, check code dates and condition of all items returned
o Scan items into RSR system
o Restock items to pick slots
o Communicate with Helpdesk via email when returns are completed.
o Use AS-400 to perform slot moves and inventory adjustments to accommodate returned product going to a reserve slot.
Ø Oversee the process of assembling recoup pallets from salvaged products to be shipped and billed to stores.
o Utilize the RSR applications on the AS-400 on PC and Symbol scan gun
o Evaluate, clean and check code dates on sellable product collected from damaged cases.
o Scan items and put together recoup pallets for a store
o Invoice recoup pallets and stage for shipment.
Ø Oversee the accurate scanning, sorting and disposal of damaged product from inventory
o Utilize the RSR applications on the AS-400 on PC and Symbol scan gun
o Review and approve scanned damaged product daily
o Sort sellable product to be recouped
o Properly dispose of damages per SOP’s
Ø Oversee the process of restocking undamaged stray cases
o Utilize AS-400 applications on PC and Symbol scan gun
o Scan stray cases and identify slot location and restock
o Look up and identify slot location for product without a scannable UPC bar code
Ø Perform daily inventory checks
o Utilize AS-400 applications on PC and Symbol scan gun
o Use Reach forklift
o Research inventory discrepancies; slot counts and missing pallets
o Perform inventory adjustments and slot moves as needed to correct inventory
o Update maintenance on items as needed; case dimensions, ti-hi etc.
Ø Train new RSR team members
Ø Receive in all warehouses; Liquor, Grocery, Nonfoods, Produce, Cheese, Freezer and Candy, when needed.
Ø Receive in Pharmacy when needed (background check required)
Ø Perform Putaways when needed
Ø Inventory and fill a weekly cleaning supply order for the Sanitation supply room
