What you’ll do:

Under the leadership of the SQL Database Administrator, the Data Analyst is responsible for running various reports and metrics derived from enterprise data, working with program staff to understand their reporting requirements, and monitoring the reporting help desk and triaging report requests as needed. This position will work with all departments to meet business needs. Hybrid work environment possible, however a considerable amount of in-office time is required to effectively perform this job. Essential Responsibilities:

Generate reports for all departments from enterprise and/or external data structures.
Document requirements as needed for producing new reports, templates, or other tools. Record changes in processes.
Serve as a liaison with all other departments in relation to reporting requests. Assists in identifying solutions to requests and problems.
Analyze information within enterprise data reports and assist in the resolution of business operations issues. Extract, load, model and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple platforms and/or sources.
Participate in strategic decisions with regard to reporting, tools, workflow, and process design.
Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful and professional manner.
Ability to create documentation and/or flowcharts using real-life scenarios, process flow documentation, functional requirements, and project deliverables to provide support to users.
Provides support in company IS and NextGen projects as appropriate.
Provides after-hours support as requested.
Attend meetings, training, and agency activities and events outside of regularly scheduled work hours upon request.
Maintain compliance with required trainings.
Additional duties as assigned by supervisor or member of management.

What you’ll provide:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field of study preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in behavioral health related field.
Healthcare experience is required.
Prior experience has to be demonstrated and relevant to the position both in scope and responsibility.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Business Intelligence Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Metabase, SuperSet).
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS 2012 or later preferred).
Nextgen database experience preferred.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Critical thinking with capability to execute.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent organizational skills.
If driving while on agency time or on agency business, a valid Arizona driver license and appropriate liability insurance and approval for liability coverage with EMPACT - SPC’s liability insurance carrier is required. At time of hire, a 3-year state driving record with no major infractions or excessive driving violations/tickets is required.
Must have a Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
