KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide daily support to manufacturing operations.

• Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

• Monitor and analyze production processes for optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process issues.

• Conduct detailed analysis and prepare technical reports.

• Design and execute experiments to support process development.

• Estimate production costs and analyze budget impacts.

• Manage and execute productivity improvement projects.

• Develop scope and plans for capital improvement projects.

U.S. Person Requirement:

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

• 2+ years of experience within a chemical manufacturing environment
