As a Machinist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining various machines to produce precision parts for aerospace applications. You will work with a team of skilled technicians and collaborate with other departments to meet production goals and ensure the highest quality standards. Your expertise in machining processes will be instrumental in optimizing production schedules and delivering exceptional results. You will report directly to our Machining Supervisor and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of our aerospace products and ultimately the safety and performance of aircraft.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
The hourly salary range for this position is $31.53 - $39.42. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate and maintain various machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to produce precision parts
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements
• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results • Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and meet customer requirements
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Machinist, preferably in the aerospace industry
Experience with CNC machining
Proficiency in operating and maintaining various machining equipment
Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
