Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary The SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR provides a variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities for the service line. Prioritizes heavy work volume among the various functional areas according to service line needs to include management of regulatory documentation, financial reconciliation, and coordination of operational needs. Handles all information ethically, accurately and confidentially. Assist and maintain regulatory documentation including but not limited to Safety, Environmental, SDS binder for chemicals, and required inspection binders - Maintains department manuals for current updates. Maintains necessary records/files for the efficient operation of the department. Communicate on behalf of service line including but not limited to disruption notices, service updates, and from vendors and service line staff to internal and external customers; correspond with state agencies, municipalities, and local permitting authorities as needed. Provide operational support to service line and local leadership Serve as a point of contact for vendors as needed; coordinate with procurement, accounts payable, and other departments as necessary for reconciliation and documentation. Coordinate and assist with preparations for trainings and meetings. Order office supplies and maintain required inventories. Ensure office equipment, including but not limited to copier, fax, printers are kept in good working condition by orchestrating maintenance as needed. Assist in maintenance of service line personnel documentation; support committees and committee meetings as required Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Experience 2 years Coordinator/secretarial/administrative Required
