    As a Maintenance Supervisor at our Mera Greenfield community, you will ensure an amazing resident experience and support in the daily operations at one of our Active Adult 55+ communities.     What You’ll Do…

    Daily Operations

    + Maintain the integrity of all physical structures, meet safety standards, and ensure a well-maintained living environment for community members, visitors, and team members

    + Ensure the community meets the Company’s standards for show quality by daily inspecting community

    + Anticipate, identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner

    + Use YARDI to track work orders and make ready progress

    + Maintenance of Fire sprinklers, backflow, panel, and alarm compliance including inspections and updated permits

    + Lead ongoing property maintenance and improvement plans and assist with quarterly inspections

    + Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment. Responsible for obtaining, maintaining, care, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company

    + Achieve high expectations for the upkeep of the community and swiftly address maintenance concerns

    + Practice proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues

    Leadership

    + Train maintenance staff on procedures, safety standards, and workmanship

    + Schedule turn for vacant apartments; inspect vacant and make-ready apartments

    + Track and manage all maintenance inventory

    + Assist Community Manager with managing a maintenance budget and vendors

    + Develop strong personal relationships with our community members

    Qualifications

    + Has a professional working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service and a valid driver’s license

    + Proven experience in HVAC/maintenance repairs preferably in lease ups, multifamily housing, Active Adult, or hospitality environment

    + HVAC/Pool Certifications and experience required

    + Must have strong plumbing and electrical skills

    + Must possess strong attention to detail

    + Experience using YARDI or other property management software

    + Experience building, writing, maintaining and defending a clear product roadmap and backlog backed by user stories and customer research.

    + Excellent analytical, communication & collaboration skills.

    + Ability to build relationships with co-workers and customers located around the world.

    + Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through product changes.

    **What Gives You an Edge:**

    + 6+ years of experience in Networking in a PM or technical role

    + Experience with enabling AWS/Azure/GCP private networking features such as Private Link, VPC Peering, Transit Gateway, etc for a SaaS product.

    + Experience with Envoy, Service Mesh, DNS and Kubernetes Networking.

    + Experience with network traffic metering and billing.

    + Domain expertise in networking technologies combined with Product Management experience. An MBA degree is a plus.
