**The Boeing Company** is currently seeking a highly motivated **Senior Industrial Security Specialist (PERSEC)** to join their team in **Mesa, AZ.** This role will support multiple programs and activities.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Provides authoritative guidance to leadership by advising on personnel security policies, procedures & regulations to determine impact of new or changing policy and implement process improvements.

+ Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Service Center.

+ Implements government policies and company security processes & procedures.

+ Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex questions and issues pertaining to PERSEC and service center activities.

+ Assist in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures.

+ Provides leadership, mentoring, guidance, and training to less experienced personnel.

**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.**

**This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)**

**This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S. Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.**

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**

+ 5+ years of experience dealing directly with government customers

+ 5+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

+ Experience working with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM)

+ 5+ years of experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS)

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

+ Experience with the Department of Defense Manual (DoDM) 5205.07, Volumes 1-4

+ Experience with the Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) and/or Intelligence Community Directives (ICD)

+ 5+ years of experience with Personnel Security (PERSEC)

+ Experience with SIMS Software

+ Experience with NBIS

**Typical Education / Experience:**

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $96,900 - $131,100
