Business Systems Analyst :

- Support Digital Identity Policy & Governance team, be responsible for creating, managing, governing, and supporting Digital Identity policies, procedures, and documents.

- Collaborate with Digital Identity Policy & Governance team to publish a Customer Authentication policy and supporting artifacts (procedures & documents) applicable to all LOBs and Support Areas

- Assess compliance with the Customer Authentication policy after publication

- Establish value maps and journey maps for different authentication experiences

Qualifications :

- Experience in writing & governing corporate policies, procedures, and documents

- Experience in authentication and applying authentication tools, Familiarity with FIDO

- Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, and and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)
