    This is a remote position. The salary for this position is $76,100 to $137,00, depending on your experience. The benefits that are offered are medical, dental, vision, life insurances, STD, LTD, PTO, Holidays, and 401k.

    As a member of our team, you will:

    + Establish and implement reliability engineering principles and best work practices in accordance with reliability standards.

    + Provide support to other professionals to develop, train, and assist in the implementation of maintenance practices.

    + Utilize Maximo and other CMMS tools to evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance activities.

    + Improve/automate operations and maintenance tasks to provide optimal performance.

    + Determine the function, capability, functional failure modes, probability of failure, impact severity and acceptable risk for assets to define the right maintenance requirements to eliminate functional failures and their effects.

    + Develop maintenance strategies and job plans for equipment.

    + Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance issues.

    + Provide recommendations for improvements in process, procedure, systems, and infrastructure using diagrams, calculations, drawings, and reports.

    + Provide individualized leadership and support to our customers both remotely and in person, assisting to identify and implement maintenance strategies. (Travel will vary and is estimated at 40%)

    **Here’s what you’ll need** :

    * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other applicable field.

    * 5 years of relevant experience.

    * Preferred: CMRP and/or CRL certified.

    * Self-motivated, requiring little direct supervision and taking initiative when warranted.

    * Accepts responsibility for own safety as well as that of others.

    * Advanced computer skills (Excel, Data Analysis, SQL).

    * Experience in the use of Maximo to prepare, review, and issue maintenance work packages in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.

    * Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    * Ability to fully conceptualize and communicate major elements of work control, planning, and other reliability concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.

    * Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience a plus, along with materials management and labor estimating.

    + Travel/transportation requirements: Travel to customer and other Jacobs sites, 40%

    + Other: Work is accomplished in offices, control rooms, shops, and in and around test facility buildings and equipment.

    + Work assignments are usually during normal work hours, but flexibility is sometimes necessary to support meetings, test schedules, and test operations.
