    · Must possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with employees.

    · Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

    · Experiences in 5S, Lean and Kaizen would be a plus.

    · Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    · Must have had prior hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

    · Excellent proven leadership and change management skills.
